WELCOME TO BUSTERS FRIENDS
Buster's Friends started out in the Houston metroplex in August 2009 and expanded its footprint into the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex in April 2016. So, we are in both geographic areas.
Buster’s Friends, Inc. is a rescue group and non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to helping homeless and abandoned adult cats and dogs as well as kittens and puppies find permanent homes through our network of foster homes. We are not a shelter or facility, and all animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the animal in their residence until it is adopted. This foster care gives them specialized care in a nurturing home environment.
If you are interested in an animal on our website please note if they are located in Houston or Fort Worth. But email us anyway - if not near where you are and we may be able to make arrangements for a meeting elsewhere (inside state of Texas).

Bonded Pair of the week
Bo and Po
We are Po and Bo (Columbo) and we are a great pair of kitties if you are looking for a bonded pair! We were born in April 2020 and are ready to find a home of our own. Our mom had a litter in a Good Samaritan's back yard and then all of a sudden she was a foster to mom and 6 kittens. The others got adopted so now it is our turn. Po is the more medium hair boy and is sweet, brave and can be a little comically clumsy. Columbo "Bo" is the short haired boy and is a sweetheart, playful and loves to be held but can be a little mischievous. Columbo is very chilled too! We are very bonded as you can see from our pictures. We are your typical kittens who love to play until we wear out! The adoption fee for the 2 is $225...arrange to meet us!

Well hello! My name is Reynolds, and I'm a sweet, loving, affectionate, cuddly brown "tuxedo" tabby Maine Coon/ domestic medium hair fella who was born in July 2010. "Tuxedo" tabby means that I have a white blaze, paws, and bib. I'm a lap kitty who adores sitting on my foster meowmy's lap and who head-butts her for little kisses (and to spread my pheromones on her!). Sometimes I even like to sit on her shoulder for a couple of hours!
